  • How should I store my Herbal Hair Growth Oil?

To maintain the quality and effectiveness of your oil, please store it at room temperature or in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Heat and light exposure may cause the natural ingredients to break down or lose potency over time. Always keep the bottle tightly sealed when not in use.  

Do not refrigerate, as cold temperatures can cause the natural compounds to solidify, potentially affecting the texture and effectiveness of the product.

If you’d like to use the oil as a hot oil treatment, we suggest gently warming the bottle by placing it in a bowl of warm (not boiling) water for a few minutes. This method helps preserve the integrity of the ingredients while enhancing the treatment experience.

  • Can I use this oil on my face and/or body?

No. The Herbal Hair Growth Oil is formulated specifically for hair and scalp use only. It is NOT intended for facials/skincare or body care use and should not be applied to the face as there are ingredients in the product (such as peppermint essential oil) that may irritate the skin if not used properly. 

  • Is a patch test recommended?

Yes. For your safety and best experience, we strongly recommend performing a patch test at least 24 hours prior to full use. Apply a small amount of the product to a discreet area of skin to check for any potential sensitivity or allergic reactions. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

  • What if I have allergies or sensitive skin?

If you have any known allergies or sensitivities, please consult with your doctor or physician before purchasing. This product contains natural ingredients, and while they are nourishing for many, it may not be suitable for all. If you have allergies to any of the listed ingredients, this product is not for you.

  • Do you offer returns, refunds, or exchanges?
