Shipping Policies
At Pure Hair Care, we exclusively ship all orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process:
- Orders may require 5 separate business days (not including weekend days or holidays) to be processed before shipment.
- The date in which you receive your order confirmation is not the date your order will ship.
- Once the order is processed and ready for shipment it will take 5-8 business days not including weekend days for each package to reach its destination, depending on the mail carrier.
- Please remember all orders may take a total of 7+ business days not including weekend days or holidays to reach its destination.
- Once your order has shipped you will receive an official tracking number. Please refer to the tracking number for delivery information depending on your mail carrier.
- If your tracking information has not updated 48 hours after your shipment date, please contact USPS directly for assistance.
- All packages are shipped through a third party such as USPS. Once a package has shipped, Pure Hair Care is no longer in control of the shipping environment, speed of shipment or the updating of your tracking.
- If you have a question about your tracking or shipping contact USPS or your mail carrier for assistance.
- If you have placed an order during a weekend or holiday season your order could experience delays.
- Purchasing Pure Hair Care products means that you have read & agreed to these terms.

Delivery Times
• Delivery times vary depending on your location and USPS current processing speeds.
Once the order is processed and ready for shipment it may take up to 7+ days not including weekend days for each package to reach its destination depending on location.
• Please note that delays may occur during holidays, high-volume seasons, or unexpected USPS service interruptions.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
• Once your package leaves our facility and is in USPS’ possession, we no longer have control over delivery times or package handling.
• If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, we kindly ask that you reach out to USPS directly to open a claim.
