• Pure Hair Care does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason.
• Once an order is placed, it is final and cannot be cancelled.
• Pure Hair Care is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after package has been in the hands of the courier.
• Customers are responsible for providing a correct, deliverable address. Please double-
check your address before submitting your order.
• Orders returned due to invalid addresses will be held and you will be contacted via email and phone (if inserted prior to purchasing an order). The owner will reach out to you via email first at: PureHairCare@gmail.com and both parties will come to terms on shipment location.
• We reserve the right to refuse illegitimate claims or future service.
• We carefully package every item but are not liable for damages, temperature effects, or
conditions during third-party shipping.
• We currently offer U.S. residential shipping only.

Shelf Life +& Age Recommendation

Our products has a shelf life of 6 months. The 15 Ingredient Herbal Hair Oil is formulated for adults and children ages 8 and older. Use on younger children is at your own discretion and risk. Always perform a patch test before use on others. For external use only.
